I really never liked working out. I’m that girl that would rather starve to lose weight than exercise. I Love Kickboxing (ILKB) changed how I feel about working out. Since joining ILKB in March, I have lost over 15 pounds, changed my diet, and I’ve started to enjoy working out. The workouts are fierce, but I can really see the difference so it’s worth it. I am stronger, healthier, and more flexible. Joining ILKB was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year.

ILoveKickboxing has been one of the best things I’ve been part of. It’s unlike any other workout I’ve done in the past. Seriously…I feel stronger, more energized, and the workout is one of the best stress relievers I’ve done! I 100% recommend this for anyone and everyone! The facility is incredibly clean and the instructors are second to none. They keep things exciting, keep the energy going, and are really approachable. They bring a ton of knowledge to every class. I LOVE THESE CLASSES!
