Reviews of Elan Solar in Orem

Please, whatever you do, DO NOT choose Elan Solar. Nearly two years ago I chose Elan Solar for my solar panels and I was so excited. To this day I still do not have working solar panels despite making nearly two years of full payments on time and in full. Elan Solar put the panels on my roof quickly, but in all that time they have not connected them to the home or grid. Despite my constantly calling them, constantly trying to get any update I can, and multiple confirmations with the city and power company that there is nothing blocking ES from completing the job, I still just have useless panels on my roof. Now it appears the power company canceled the project due to ES's inactivity, and I have no idea what that will mean for me - and I'm still out nearly 20 months of full payments, and I cannot get any answers from ES.

Whatever you do, do not choose Elan Solar.
