From the delivery, to assembling the sauna and to actually using it.... everything has been seamless. We set it up in one of our spare bedrooms and it looks beautiful. We are enjoying our purchase and look forward to using it daily. The customer service has been outstanding! I give this company five stars!!!

I usually like things "no assembly required". but putting the sauna together was a snap. even though it called for 2 people , I did it by myself. its a beautiful piece of workmanship and I hope to get years of pleasure out of it. especially now in the winter. thanks to the friendly customer service dept for their help.

the sauna arrived in much less the I thought. I was able to bring it inside and set it up by myself in less than an hour. A power drill is very helpful but not required. It heats up pretty quick. Everything worked great. When you get in it doesn't seem that hot but trust me spend just a short time in it you feel the warmth. The best part is long after you get out you feel the warming sensation. Great product!
