Reviews of Ridgewood Heights Apartments in Omaha

Things were mostly acceptable/ for my first year here and THEN, I don't know what is wrong with the manager on site here or why NP Dodge hangs onto him, considering what he has personally done to disrupt my life at this complex. The place isn't big, maybe 100 units and I have lived here for 18 months, but last month the onsite manager thought he was being real observant of the comings and goings in the parking lot and decided my car didn't belong and was that of a non resident, even though I have parked in the same spot near my front door for about 18 months. He towed me and to make matters worse, when I retrieved my vehicle it was burgled, vandalized and had its catalytic convertor ripped from out of the exhaust system! All told about $4,000 in total loss and damage. Do you think anyone at this apt or with the company would say, "I'm sorry" or "gee, I guess we made a mistake", no a chance.

This horrible situation is an example of the type of people who work for this apt complex and company of NP Dodge. I've had my share of issues with things inside my unit too, but the real nightmare here are the people you'll interact with.
