Reviews of Post Office - Millard Highlands in Omaha

The experience given to me today as a consumer was detestable! I went into Millard Highlands to do a change of address and purchase a po box. I did not go into Millard Highlands to be humilated, given poor service, and treated less than human! Consumers of Caucasian race greeted politely, respected, and given outstanding customer service and then my service was more of an interrogation and insults! I have lived within the Millard area for 10 years, my kids graduated from Millard high school, I pay taxes, and work hard for everything that I have! Millard Highland employees, whatever your discriminatory practices are outside of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE please leave them outside to treat EVERY CONSUMER who walks into the post office with RESPECT, COURTEOUS SERVICE, AND DO THE JOB REQUIRED!
