Deserves an F-rating OR ZERO stars. Absolutely worst customer service, and avoid Dr Erinberg. HORRIBLE bedside manner. Yeah, when my child had a semi emergency, the front desk layperson was unconcerned, took her little time, and be sure to tell me that there is one person in front of us! Seriously? A semi emergency, where my daughter was wheezing, and having an asthma attack, and the staff couldn't get their ass in motion? I walked out and went to my daughter's doctor asap and got immediate care. NO BS. AVOID
