The people are the most disgusting and disrespectful property renters in Omaha! No respect for their tenants. Most of the people who live there are low income housing so that might have something to do with the treatment that they receive. Some problem different year. They do nothing to keep safety, to keep clean, or preserve the maintenance of people who actually take care of their homes. And DO NOT USE THE POOL. They only changed the water. They didn't clean sanitize or pretreat the water or pool itself. The water was sitting in pool 9 months before the even touched it. The apartment managers are rude and dismissive. They lose paperwork and monies from their renters. If you value your peace DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!
