Absolutely the worst customer service, had to fix my system myself several times because he could not get out for days, monitoring is a joke, system down several times and never a phone call to ask if we are ok, calling into answering service to get someone to call us back and never a return phone call from answering service or the owner, went to his local office to find out if he is still in business and he cursed at me, cancelled service and he still made us pay for the rest of the "supposedly auto-renewed" contract that we never got a renewal notice.
