Reviews of Preferred Fence Solutions, Inc. in Oklahoma City

I hired Preferred Fence Solutions, Inc. because they advertise that they keep pets safe. They did a shotty job and left a massive gap in the corner of my fence and both my dogs got out and hit by a car. One is deceased. They were totally unprofessional. Told me my fence would only be down for.1 day but it was 3. My worker didn’t show up until 5pm and worked until 11pm and drove my neighbors crazy. I would not recommend this company!
The owner called me to offer me an apology and told me they fired the worker. I don’t care, I hired that company and not that worker. He told me they only “strive” to keep family and pets safe. They do not stand behind their product and the owners don’t care.
They came yesterday to fix my chain link fence and they used wood paneling. I don't understand how a company that acts so unprofessional is still in business.
