Reviews of The Milligan Foundation in Oakland

After writing to them in July of 2020, I jumped through all the hoops and waited, for days. After a week I started calling because I needed help, no one ever responded, wrote back, contacted me or anything. I then went to Facebook, seems that no one gets help from this organization, but the head of it seems to travel in style goes to five start places. Yet it took over for mother’s for her to reasoned she said she would contact me with her phone number and to caller her the following Monday morning. I never got a message she blocked me and did not respond with a valid phone number. I think this is a sham and it is shady!!
