Prefiero describir nuestra experiencia en español puesto que me resulta mucho más fácil expresarme. La persona que nos atendió fué muy cordial desde el primer momento. No sólamente su interés en atendernos sino tambien su "bodie language" ponía de relieve algo muy importante: hacer sentir bien a los clientes que requieren atención y sobre todo comprensión y ayuda.
