I had a run-in with this company in my complex where they managed to back into my parked vehicle and almost hit another. They proceeded to push me to allow them to pay out of pocket which I initially obliged until it became clear they were not going to pursue paying to fix my vehicle they had damaged. After running me around to multiple shops for quotes on the repairs, they proceeded to ignore my texts and calls which necessitated the need for me to go through my own insurance. Nearly a year has passed, and, in that time, they have chosen to refuse to cooperate with my insurance to get out of paying $1600. Somehow it's possible to get away with things if you just ignore calls from an insurance agent. I would highly suggest against trusting this company with any belongings as if $1600 is a big deal then good luck with smaller issues.
