We were loyal customers for 3 years. Then the alarm started malfunctioning. When I called, they blew me off the first three times. Finally they said I needed to come buy a battery for $35. I told them the code was about communication and the battery was fine, they insisted. So we did. I called the day after the new battery to tell them it was beeping again - they said it takes 24 hours, The next day they said it takes 48 hours for the system to reset itself. After almost a month of calling and being kept up all night by the beeping before disconnecting the system, we canceled and went with a different service. The Alarm Group promised to refund the money for the battery but instead they drafted me account twice after I said I wanted to cancel. First of all, when you say you are canceling they tell you that you have to talk to M******. Then he won't call you or answer your calls, you have to catch him at the desk. I have called these people all week trying to get my money back and I get the run-around and passed around. Today I asked for a manager. I got J****, who said she can't help me but would have someone call me. Yeah right. Customer Service here sucks and these people seem shady!
