Reviews of Enterprise Car Sales in Newport News

I am not pleased with my experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Newport News Va. I will not deal with them again. The customer service is non existent and they don’t car whether they sell the car or not. I saw a car advertised for sale at Enterprise in Fredericksburg Va. the advertisement stated that they could transfer the car locally. I paid $305 to have the car transferred ( a two hour drive). Almost 2 weeks later and the transfer hasn’t happened and no one can tell me when , if ever, the car will be transferred to Newport News. The manager promised that I would get the car no later than Friday March 31. That did not happen. I paid for the transfer on March 23. They keep blaming each other and making excuses as to why the car is still in Fredericksburg and they still have my money. Today I was told that they found out that one of the two key fobs do not work and they will have to order another. Michael the salesman said no one told him the car would be here on Friday. I told him his manager told me. Obviously they do not communicate. Michael said he has 21 days to deliver it. He was defensive. It doesn’t take 21 days to drive 2 hours. I am done with Enterprise. I don’t trust them. Now I am concerned about the condition of the car and why they keep delaying the delivery. Buyer BEWARE!
