My name is Christine and I am happy with my experience with Student Services. I called many months ago and had my loans consolidated and everything is going great. I’m keeping up with my payments and I’m not having any issues. I really like my new services because they gave me a financial hardship and got an even lower payment. My lender is confirmed all the activity and I didn’t have to anything. I’m still getting my low payment per month.

The people at Student Services made everything better for me. I learn more about repayment plans and 3rd party servicers. I talk to a few different people about my federal student loans. Each of them were very professional and courteous about my loans. They are fun to talk to and at the same time take my request very seriously. I never had an issue with them. Great services, I need all the help I can get.

It’s been some time since I lost my grace period for my federal student loans and I’ve been paying a what they call the standard payment amount for my lender. Student Services managed to find a better price for my loans. I was paying almost 3 times as much. They will send you information about your program approval and the new amount you will pay. I was pretty amazed. my lender seems to work with the new program just fine and I don’t know how they do it but they just take your income info and find you the best rate. I’m glad to have them helping me out with my federal student loans I couldn’t do it without them.
