My wife, daughter and I visited the McDonalds on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington this afternoon and were appalled, along with many other patrons. The problem was that took 20+ minutes for each patron to receive food AFTER placing their order. Many customers were very upset, but staff didn't acknowledge a problem or even seem to care what anyone thought. My suggestion is for McDonalds to visit this resturant in the near future anonymously to experience the situation for themselves. I will not visit this McDonalds again...
