Overall: I can use this service to communicate with over 500 customers at one time. This is a great value to me!

Pros: This is the best SMS software tool out there for a small business. The user interface is great and the pricing is excellent. The support from Textedly is the best as well! I highly recommend these services to everyone.

Cons: Nothing negative to write about this software.

We are a pool service company in AZ, and the competition here is high. With Madwire we not only stand out we stick around. I have competitors and clients telling me they see our ads everywhere. I too have been searching the net and see our ads come up on many different sites. Our organic rating is also high as well. I feel that my site that they put together is clean and clutter-free and represents our company very well. Another thing is my account manager is always keeping me.

Overall: We are solving a business problem for clients running contests and sweepstakes. SMS messages serve as the first response to consumers interested in being redirected to sites we built.

Pros: The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.

Cons: The monthly cost of buying keywords gets cost-prohibitive. I would love to have more keywords bundled in one price for campaigns that use the same keyword multiple times.
