Reviews of Times Square Tattoo in New York

When we got there one of the artists (heavier set man, didnt tell us his name) was asleep snoring loudly on his chair. Then, when he finally woke up, he asked what my fiancé wanted. when she showed him, he told her he couldn’t do it because it was too complicated and detailed (I have 115 tattoos of varying sizes from over 75 different artists… so I know what a reasonable walk-in tattoo looks like...) he was extremely rude and basically called her dumb and said that she should have “obviously” gone to get this tattoo done by an artist at home stating that it would take him 5+ hours… which to me means his skill level must be pretty low seeing as it really was not a complicated piece. Needless to say, we walked out and will never be returning. I would have been satisfied with a simple “im sorry, but this isn’t something i feel like im able to do for you today” instead of a horrific, half-assed attempt at a “consultation” with somebody who sleeps (loudly) on the job. seriously, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
