I am trying to help my friend get divorced in Texas. She has a protective order. The web site does not ask, but the document claims there is no protective order. Obviously, the document is wrong in a big and important way!!! However, when we called support they refused to help or refund unless "the court rejects the document". Why should she go all the way to court with a lie on her documents??? Support sucks... this is a one-size-fits-all document that anyone could have made. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You will be boned and on your own if there is the slightest problem.
