I used this lawyer for a case and he was awful. Never prepared. First time in court he left me with another lawyer who didn't know the case. Another time I got a phone call to be in court the first day. He takes a lot of money though it may not seem so up front. I almost reported him to the bar association. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer.

Keep as far away from this guy as you can get. As a lawyer he is weak and ineffective. Never prepared (that is when he does show up in court). Used him for a case and he was an absolute nightmare. Sits there grinning all the time and hardly opens his mouth. Does not fight. Check the other reviews on the Internet, they are just as bad. Had to drop him or I would have lost the case. Wasted an enormous amount of money. He is not cheap (though may seem so up front - he charges for everything). I almost reported him to the bar association. There are far better lawyers in New York.
