I went to see Dr. R****** at the suggestion of my PCP for problems with migraine headaches. He was very nice and the exam went well. The problem is that they don't fill the prescription there and nobody will fill the prescription that he wrote for me! Because he drastically changed the prescription that my eye doctor wrote, her office refuses to help me and everyplace else wants me to pay their doctors for another exam and say they will fill the prescription that their doctor thinks I need. All the while, I'm paying for this 100% out of my pocket! When I tried to explain this to them (it took four days to get a return call) the nurse that spoke to me said that IT'S NOT HER PROBLEM. When I told her I was reporting her to the board and my insurance company she said she didn't have to put up with this and hung up on me, but I guess I do since I'm the one out all the money for a worthless piece of paper and still experiencing migraine headaches. So, I wasted my time and money (not to mention losing money for not being at work) for a prescription that is useless and nobody will fill. I only gave two stars because Dr. R****** was so nice. Other than that, this place's professionalism is the pits. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere until the doctors find a staff who care about the patients and not just their paycheck.
