Do not walk into this clinic. Run away as fast as you can. After 25 years as a patient, imagine my dismay when I couldn't even get the truth from any of the people that might (or might not) answer the phone. Need a long assigned prescription refilled with no other issues? Forget it. In the good ol' days, a quick check of the records and refill is complete. Now, go pay for a FULL office visit (tripled in cost since their corporate acquisition), make a new appointment that might be two months in the future (if you're lucky), get lied to repeatedly about the process, placed on hold for an hour, laughed at for being frustrated, etc., etc. This is a sausage factory clinic - patient care is just the front for collecting as much insurance money as possible, then overbilling patients for cash. Pathetic.
