Unprofessional, rude, and immature.

A couple of weeks ago I emailed them the following question: (Direct quote)

"I was wondering if you sold any personal merchandise at your store (like shirts or bumper stickers with your name/logo/images on them). I am looking for something to include in a gift. Thank you!"

Here is the response I received from K**** H********: (Direct quote!)

"No , we aren't into such.....and that is NOT a very good gift. Who in the hell would want such cheap clutter for a gift? Not me !!!"

I had intended to get a client a gift card from the store with what I asked about, but obviously they won't ever be getting my business.
