Do not work with Source1 Builders. This has been the most unprofessional experience we have had as a roofing contractor. In February we completed 3 roof leaks local Wal Mart store here in Idaho. We are still fighting with them to be paid. Our team has been paid for their services while we as the company have not. It has been nothing but "lost in the mail" we will reissue excuses since early March. As of now, liens are being filed and BBB has been contacted. Take heed of our warning. You will not get paid. No working website, nothing legitimate can be found. I guarantee they have been paid by Wan-Mart. This is absolutely horrendous and shady. I'm only giving one star because it is required by Google.
