Reviews of Stichic in Mission Viejo

I was just at the Stichic store at mission Viejo mall. I understand that they have a policy for no refunds or returns, But the lady who was working there along with her coworker “Isabella” were very very rude to me. I felt gained up on. I was told that the shoes I was just trying to exchange for a different size , were shoes that fit me and “Isabella swears they fit me cuz she said she remembered me from last time” and I should might as well deal with it. (FYI shoes can fit on a foot , but if they’re not comfortable maybe you neeed a bigger size) .... but no I was told They fit and I might as well have to deal with it. She had a very hostile tone with me. There’s nicer ways to speak to customers instead of how I was spoken to/ how they made me feel. I’m a very nice person and she was soooo rude. I walked back into the store twice after reading the receipt where it said that they would be extending the exchange policy and she rudely corrected me saying “DO you see where it has the stamp (all final sales ) ...” she made me feel like I should get the hell out of her store... I will never go back to that store again,,,, customers service SUCKS. I hope you find new staff so other customers won’t walk out of there feeling like that...
