This practice will drop you in a heart beat and dismiss you as their patient if you miss appointments. They don't seem to acknowledge that my family and our children were patient's of theirs for the past 14 years and we missed several appointments (2) in a year, one for the death of a family member, and I even called to let them know that we would not be making that appointment, and we were DISMISSED from the practice this weekend by certified mail. They used to make reminder calls about your appointments, they don't do that anymore either. I guess my HMO's payment to them every month because we had them listed as our primary care wasn't quite enough to be able to afford the computer dialer that made those phone calls. What a joke this place is. Sorry to have ever been their patient, although it has changed dramatically over the past couple years, our preferred physician isn't even there anymore.
