Reviews of Sessler and Lopez Investigations in Miami

Never trust a theif! This firm called our P.I .firm to run a surveillance for them. We quoted them a price and required they send a 50% retainer to start the case, then told them upon completion they could pay the balance and receive their report. You see, 34 years in business we try and help people, and sometimes that requires we trust strangers. The owner (Sessler) said he would mail the check. Ten days later and upon completion, no check. Sessler claims its must have been lost in the mail (....and my dog ate my homework) and double checks our address, then says he mailed another. Even the Attorney he was working for calls and says the check is mailed. (Another con-artist) This attorney also wanted us to forward our work before any payment was made which we refused. Five more days, no check. Now, I don't know about you but generally you pay in full before receiving something of value from someone you do not know yet these people acted like they were entitled to the work before pay. They couldn't even get a retainer to us in 15 days why would we trust them with even more money? I'll tell you why, because they are con artists, that's why. Needless to say we have not received a red cent and have now leaned that information provided to us for the surveillance wasn't even close to right. Wrong address, wrong city, and we believe this con man realized that he gave us bad info after we worked several days for him and that's why he doesn't want to pay, This guy is the most pathetic investigator I have seen in 34 years of business. I honestly don't think he could find his own dog in his own fenced in back yard. So if you want to deal with thieves, liars, and con artists, this is the place to do it.
