This company is a joke. Extensive lack of what customer service and a courteous staff! Noone knows what is going on, no one helps you, they take your car to places without telling you, make you take trips and waste money and gas for nothing, and no one cares about customer satisfaction, all they care is for you to leave your vehicle there so they can make money out of your insurance.
