The conditions at the hotel seem to be getting worse instead of improving. The pool for example is not being used because IT IS NOT HEATED, the filter system is defective, maintenace was made aware with no action over past week and a half. Elevator buttons defective over two years, not repaired. WiFi always failing, and staff failing to reset when off, when advised. The washers and dryers all need to be replaced, not working properly.
I will be making a serious decision to purchase a condo here, but after experiencing these problems that have not been addressed, it seems that the building is loosing its integrity, and I must seriously reconsider my position.
