my experience was initially GREAT then the second day the power window stopped going up and down, the power drivers mirror didn't work, and the molding fell off. i called MONROY'S asap. they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $15.00 dollars to come out and take a look at there mess up. Even though this initial service was just a few prior and they even gave me a written 2 year warranty. well that wasn't worth the paper it was written on. they said ALL repairs not done at the office are charged an additional 15 dollars. i was never told of this and it did not stat this anywhere in the paperwork or website. i give them a 1 * rating. just because the tech was nice, but the rude office staff . also gave that rating.
