This is the WORST pool service I have ever had. I had to contact the owner every week to ensure he was going to make it out to service my pool. All they did when they were there was add tablets, empty basket and sometimes brush the sides. I work from home, so I know if he has been to my house and what was being done. In all fairness, his stepson does a decent job, but the owner could care less and has pathetic customer service skills. He didn't even show up to service my pool the last week at all, and not even a response to my text.
