I had to give them a star not by choice. when I first called the lady simpled ask what she can do I told her I need to make app. then she says to hold please . I was on hold for 15 min before she came back and ask what she can do for me, either she forgot I was on the line or couldnt remember that i already told her i needed app. Then she ask Are you a new patient I said yes . Then she says hold while I transfer you to Intake. I waited for nothing she could of just asked that when i first called now 18 min ago. I wait for intake for five min then get a message saying to call back later. very frustrated. they need to ask questions before placing people on hold while they could get transferd. hope they get it right for the next person
