Reviews of Polar Pediatric Dental Care in Mentor

While this is unfortunately not a good review, I fully voiced my concerns to the staff first, on multiple occasions.
Everyone here is very nice and friendly, but that is not enough for me to overlook issues with the care for my kids. There are apparent communication issues between the front desk, billing and the provider herself. There are also communication issues between the caregiver and young patient/family which in one scenario led to upset for my son, as he was not prepared for a numbing injection and it was a surprise without asking him or me. Some children need information to prepare for procedures. This has happened more than once so there is a pattern of having communication issues. I tried to provide further information here but it is too long. Hopefully the issues improve or we will not be continuing here. We will probably try to give them another chance as switching is hard.
