Dear AutoZone, I am writing to you to make a complaint about a sales person at your store sold me the wrong transmission fluid for my Nissan Armada year 2005. As I entered the store he asked me the year and make of my vehicle, so I replied “Nissan Armada year 2005”, he sold me AutoZone DEX/MERC Transmission fluid, and a female sales person proceeded to fill my transmission with the transmission fluid in front of the store. Later after I got home I notice on the bottle it had for GM/FORD, so I checked my manual and it said that my truck takes Nissan Matic J transmission fluid. I am disappointed because this could hurt my vehicles performance. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Drum 412-901-5721
