I arrived to the location on 5/15 as a walk in and the braider that I requested was busy. I was scheduled an come back tomorrow at 11 am for Two Long Braids ... I arrived to the shop on 5/16 and the owner tells me that they would not service me for my scheduled appointment because they were busy .... Very unprofessional and unexpectable . This business has chairs that are broken and leaning over towels that they use on clients are sour ... Mildew on ceiling & to top it off the management doesn’t know how to run & conduct a successful business properly . .. I try to support black owned businesses but this is a serious problem that happens across the World with black owned companies... They care nothing about health or time of customers only money
