This place was dishonest and unethical, and treated us poorly. They lied about parts availability (not a good idea when anyone with a smartphone can prove you wrong). They would not allow me into the shop to see the problems they say needed fixed on my car. When I confronted the "owner" at the desk, she told me it is her business and that she will run it the way she wants to.

Well, go ahead, run it that way. I will never be back, and anyone who asks me will not either.
