J***** is the best landlady!!! She is super sweet and helpful and always takes time for you! Sadly, the apartment was not what we thought it was when we first moved in. We keep it very clean, as I am a neat freak, yet there is an endless problem with mice and cockroaches. We have sprayed and set up traps multiple times, yet they keep coming. Also there is mold growing under the bathtub and we can't do anything about it unless we pay. Our allergies and immune systems have gone completely insane because if it but we can't afford to get it fixed. This should have all been dealt with before we moved in. The maintenance man is shady, we specifically ask for him not to come unless we are home amd schedule appointments, yet he always comes when nobody is home amd we have had money go missing and things rearranged. The laundrymat is iffy, some dryers will rip your clothes as the metal is broken and sometimes they'll heat dry and shrink my clothes even though i set it to the lowest setting. The washers will sometimes eat you quarters so be prepared to bring extra. Very outdated washers and dryers, and residents will rake your clothes if you aren't watching. Our neighbors are very quiet, which is nice. Windows on townhomes are too high to put up curtains so there is never any darkness at night which makes for horrible sleep. They have free tanning, which is awesome, but i will not be renewing.my lease. The best part is the landlady J*****. For this price you can find a MUCH nicer apartment, like the ones on ... st by z**** c***.
