This place is amazing. The instructors are amazing and will give you a butt kicking workout. You will feel amazing when you wan out. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout and fun environment.

I was never really athletic or anything, but one day decided I needed to do something to get into shape. I saw an ad for kickboxing and thought that it would be something fun to try.

And I was absolutely correct! From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt comfortable and like I belong. The instructors are amazing and funny, which helps make it feel like you aren't really working out. They also check in on you when you've missed to make sure you're doing okay and help you out throughout class if you need it. They are there to help you and make you feel a part of the family and I couldn't be happier than being in it!

I love my fit fam! ilovekickboxing is fun, challenging and an awesome way to burn off that stubborn fat! They have a flexible scheduling and the staff is awesome no matter what time and day you hit the bags! I have been going for a little over two months and I am down 11 lbs. If want something out of the box and challenging..this is it!!! What are you waiting for???
