Jude Sian, initially hired as office worker, of Gibraltar Storage facility, repeatedly refused to provide owner's information after having illegally accessed our rental storage unit that he initially steered us to, although unbeknownst to us at the time that the door of the unit was problematic, and continued to be;; initially, we were told that it was the only available unit, and he stuck to that. However we were flabbergasted to learn that he illegally accessed our rental storage unit, while we were away, and lied to our face, when we had returned, and walked inside the storage facility to check on the unit, he casually picked up a key from the bottom shelf of the front office, and handed us a brand new key, but when I asked why, he then falsely alleged that we had left the key inside the lock. However, I told him that he was being untruthful, because we had always maintained the only two keys to the unit in our possession. Yet he continued to lie, and then added that we gave him permission to enter! I yelled at him that he was absolutely lying! And If that were the case then what would be the point of paying for at least three years straight. Also, if we had left the key as he had alleged then why would he as a professional then wait two months before bringing it to my attention. And also, why didn't he secure the key.
