Reviews of Fast and Easy Moving in Los Angeles

My husband and I have never used a moving service before and had no idea what to expect. We started calling around and majority of the moving companies quoted us prices and didn’t care much for providing details of the service itself until we found Fast and Easy Moving.

From the start, the quality of the hospitality was exceptional. We were given thorough explanation of what it would cost and how long it would typically take for a 1bd + 10x8 storage. No hidden fees, no hidden charges.

On the day of the move, we received a pre-arrival message alerting us the associates were 10-15min away. They arrived exactly on time. Upon arrival, team lead (thanks Alex!) re-reviewed the contract to make sure there was nothing missing from the initial agreement. Once reviewed, move began right away. Alex, Sasha, and Andrei were professional, hospitable, and most importantly, very focused on finishing the work and didn’t waste any time.

Throughout the move, they took time in answering any questions we had and made sure to confirm with us on where we wanted certain items to be located at our new place.

Moving can be daunting and stressful, but Fast and Easy Moving made the experience stress-free. They definitely live up to their name - fast and easy moving!

Some key points:
-We were initially worried that they would have trouble parking the large semi-truck on our small two-way street, but they handled it professionally.
-We had couple of furnitures that we couldn’t pack towards the end but they wrapped and packages everything for us with blankets/wrappers to ensure there weren’t damages.
-They placed the items in each location of the house per our request and always confirmed if boxes weren’t labeled.

We’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking to move in CA, AZ, NV. Going to contract them again in the future!
