Ive been in the east coast for 2 months and came back home to spend a week with my grandson. But unfortunately my quick trip to LA has not been pleasant. I had my car at D1 Auto Body getting the front end of my vehicle fixed.

My daughter picked up the car while I was away. She mentioned to me that they were a few things wrong with the car. I notified my insurance and at there request took it back to the same auto body shop. As soon as I arrived today the owner began to become really aggressive with me and he took his hand to my face.

I thought he was going to hit me. I started to record right after, And have him yelling and demanding that his staff talk to me. The women helping me was nice enough to explain what they did to the car. But began crying to me when I told her he put his hand in my face.

She explained to me what D1 did during the repairs and only raises more questions on why my car has new issues.

The owner had zero respect for its customer and only proved how unprofessional he is with his business, I can't imagine if he treats his employees the same.

I'm a 57 year old single mother providing for my family, and work with business owners on the daily and never in my 41 years of work have I met a verbally aggressive owner of an establishment.

I'm sure there are a lot of hardworking employees at this auto body. But the owner should not have any right to treat a customer like he did with me.

I do not recommend this establishment at all.
