Not Young Anymore – Now that I’m in my 40s I can feel the wear & tear after a gym session. Recently, I started using Cheef Botanical’s capsules for inflammation in my left shoulder. After a workout my shoulder is tight and has limited range of motion. Once I started taking Cheef product I can tell a difference in swelling and have better movement in my shoulder.
