I love ILKBLosAl! Let me start off by saying this was TOTALLY OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE. I was more of a yoga gal but found an ad on FB about this place back in November and i was feeling pretty low about my bodyweight at the time and had started working 3 jobs which didn't allow me as much time to go to the gym so i kinda let my fitness goals go. I decided to make a change and sign up for the 6 week challenge here at ILKB. I figured it would hold me accountable and i had a goal! I was 3 weeks into the challenge (5 pounds and 3% body fat down), was eating healthy and coming to class 3/4 times a week. My energy levels were up and i felt great again! I decided to become a full time member after 3 weeks and i don't regret it one bit! This place pretty much changed my life and it's worth the investment! EVERYONE here is amazing, supportive, friendly, and all have goals. We motivate eachother and make sure we support everyone! All the coaches know you by name (at least mostof them lol) and they are willing to give you tips, help you with whatever you need, and are always friendly. Everytime i leave this place (even on days when i don't want to work out) i always feel better than when i came in! It feels like a giant fit family and i love it! Thanks guys for creating a place where we can feel comfortable letting out some stress and getting a good workout in! Y'all are awesome!

I can’t say enough about this place! It’s GREAT and I LOVE IT! I actually had been missing out this whole time (it’s really close to my work) and I had not seen it, up until 2 weeks ago. Coincidentally, I had been wanting to find my happy work out spot. I saw iLoveKickboxing as I drove by and that same night I looked into stopping by later that week. I had done kickboxing many years ago and I loved it, but when I moved to OC, I had yet to find the “right” place for me. This time, I even brought my boyfriend with me. After one class, we were both hooked. We became members and now I look forward to working out. The instructors are kind people, who push you to do your best. Plus, their jams keep you motivated to keep going (and dance if you want haha). I highly recommend this place. You will be hooked!!

My fiancé and I started taking classes at iLoveKickBoxing – Los Alamitos, CA a couple weeks ago. So far, my experience at the gym has been fantastic.
