I was very surprised and impressed with my experience from beginning to end. The event planner I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and very professional. The delivery guy was well dressed and polite. The inflatable worked out great and was the hit of the party. Let's just say it was a much better experience than I thought I would have with a moonbounce rental company. Good job Astro Jump!

The customer service was very impressive. I was not expecting a professional staff when I went to book my son's moonbounce but was pleasantly surprised from beginning to end. The event planners were trained and knowledgeable and the delivery team was well dress and polite. Good job for a moonbounce rental company!
