ILoveKickboxing is such a great place! The instructors are awesome! They always make sure I have the proper form and answer any questions I have. They are soooo friendly and make this workout a lot of fun. I’ve been going for almost a month now and can see great changes already. I’ve lost a few pounds, gained energy, strength and confidence. Each workout is a challenge but like they say “with challenge comes change.” As soon as I’m done with the hour workout I’m already looking forward to the next one. I’m addicted!

At ILKB in Liverpool, I have meet some pretty awesome people and they make class entertaining and different every time! The staff there is amazing and they are very helpful and interested in hearing about your goals. They are more than willing to help you learn the techniques and push you to challenge yourself! I am so glad I joined the ILKB fit fam! It is a great workout and there is room to progress.

Ilovekickboxing has changed my life! I haven't felt this great in years. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out and the support from staff is incredible.
