Just a word of thanks for the outstanding job done by Luis and his son, Omar, who are subcontracted for installation of flooring, and have just completed work for me following the flooding of my condo.
They were very professional in all their dealings with me, and Omar, who did the installation of the laminate flooring, did a superb, meticulous job.
In addition, Gary Essex was also superb in his handling of the selection of the flooring, including my needing a different color for the co-base in the living room.
All those with whom I had contact at the showroom on So. Havana was professional and supportive.
Luis was especially responsive, and did all work in a timely manner.
I feel confident about using this showroom for all my flooring and carpet needs in future.
