Our shopping experience was not bad Pat was our sales person we left an initial deposit but when it came time to pick them up they told us they could not take a check for final payment the day of pick up! I told them to call my bank! From there everything went downhill I had called several times and told them that we would be on our way to pick up & this must not have been communicated they told me they had to have two days to unwrap the chairs which did not come in boxes and check them over before pick up I agreed but when we went to pick them up they were not even out of the boxes that they came in (yes boxes!) and the warehouse guys could not even find them! They seem to have a communication problem with the employees within the store! The warehouse guys were not the friendliest but I was upset as well. I could not even believe that for security reasons or insurance reasons they could not strap these into the truck & they did not save the plastic to wrap the chairs came in for protection of the very expensive chairs on the way home. We had to bring our own sheets and strapping! So I had to wait for my husband to get off work so that he could go with so that he could strap them into the truck. I would not recommend purchasing from Lincoln mattress customer service simply is not where it needs to be! I spent a lot of money on two flex steel chairs! I guess after the sale the customer is on their own!
They also had a sticker on the bill that said
They were check out my husband wrote on the bill Acceptable by you! As they didn’t even look them over & I didn’t have time or patients for these people!
