Reviews of Free State Dermatology in Lawrence

This is not a well run business. Be ready to pay out of your pocket. They don't work with most insurances. The doctor seems competent, has low people skills, and has no idea how his employees are running his business. If there were more dermatologists in Lawrence, he would be out of business. He didn't even do for me what my doctor wanted done. He took the cheap way out and wanted me to come back again, so I could pay more from my own pocket. I'm told he is a nice guy and treats his employees right, but it doesn't seem to help.

There has to be someone else to go to first. This guy may be a good doctor but he can't run a decent business to accommodate his patients' needs. Staff is terrible. There needs to be more people working or better working staff. Be ready to pay a lot out of pocket they don't work with most insurance companies and have no interest in even trying. The doctor has no idea how his employees are running his practice. If there were more dermatologists in town, he would be out of business by now. Such a headache to deal with.
