Reviews of Video Audio Specialists in Las Vegas

F- GRADE. I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel I should in this case to possibly help others avoid the experience I have had with this "service?" business. I bought a new LG 77" TV on August 6th, and after waiting 2 weeks for delivery was excited to have a home theatre company come out and mount it on the wall. It worked for the first two nights and the picture was fabulous! The 3rd night, we could not get it to turn on. We called the Amazon Shipper & they recommended that we contact LG as the TV is brand new & LG would send a local authorized service tecnician to diagnose & repair the defective TV. Unfortunately, I chose that route believing that it would be the fastest rout to getting a working TV. It took a few days to get LG to assign my job to a local tech. Bryan from Video Audio Specialists here in Las Vegas came to my house on 09/06/22 & diagnosed the issue and claimed he would get authorization and order the necessary parts from LG and that he would be back to repair within 5-7 business days. I waited until the 7th business day to call Bryan to see when he would stop by to do the repair. It took several times calling before he would return my call. When I reached him, he said that he "forgot to order my parts from LG". I was terribly disappointed - but now it was past the 30 days return window to Amazon and still no closer to getting my TV working. Bryan stopped taking or receiving my calls. I finally reached his boss/supervisor (Nova). She sounded like she would help me, but it was the same story. Nova also stopped returning my calls - not even to give me the courtesy of letting me know what the status of the repair order was. LG was no better giving me the runaround for six weeks always saying the parts had been ordered, but was still "pending" because they needed something else from the technician. It has been NINE WEEKS since I bought this brand new LG TV and after enjoying it for less than 7 hours, it has just been a non-functional 77-inch TV hanging on my wall. A definitely F- grade to both the local Video Audio Specialists AND to LG for the way they have treated their customer. Two lessons to learn from my experience: First, I would never again order a high ticket device like this from Amazon - I would buy from a local Costco. Second, NEVER NEVER consider VIDEO AUDIO SPECIALISTS of Las Vegas for ANY service. They are the absolute worst customer service company that I have EVER encountered.
