The place is unsafe and unprotected. The surveillance is limited to the outside. I had my stuff there for a few months and the unit was robbed and ransacked. That's why I left. The owner and the manager were both very unhelpful. And what's worse, I was never contacted about my unit being found open. The day I moved my stuff out, there was a situation with the manager there was almost a fight and the manager called me a "little bitch" because I didn't want to argue with her any longer. Customer service is horrible. The pictures of the property the company supplied ARE being very kind. There is usually trash all over the floor inside and out. These pictures are from the 26th of January 2017. Notice the used condom right by the entrance to the indoor units. I spoke with a tenant that was also robbed and physically pushed out of the office when she confronted the manager about certain lease details. This place is bad news, spend a little more money and GO TO P***** S****** OR U**** S******. Your stuff will be safe there and they are more professional.
